INFORMATION MOBILE LINGO COLLECTS

Mobile Lingo gathers two types of information about this the Site's users:

  • 1. Personal information that users provide through optional, voluntary submissions, such as e-mail and online registration forms to Mobile Lingo. Examples include your e-mail address, Web site passwords, name, address, phone number, URL, and interests you choose to share with us.

Mobile Lingo gathers user information in the following processes:

  • 1. Personal Information Collection

    To use certain parts of the services we ask the user for personal information to register as a member of the the Site. This personal information submitted includes your e-mail address, Web site passwords, name, address, phone number, and interests. In addition, registered users may post personal information to the the Site through messages, opinions, and other comments the user chooses to post at their discretion. In the event that we learn that we have collected personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 years of age without prior parental consent, we will take steps promptly to delete such information. Any person who provides their personal information to Mobile Lingo through the Site represents that they are 18 years of age or older.

MOBILE LINGO TRANSFER AND INFORMATION SHARING POLICY

We do not share personal information collected on the Site with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Information provided by users during the Site registration process may be displayed on the Site and viewable by any user or visitor to the Site. Merger or Bankruptcy. If Mobile Lingo should ever file for bankruptcy or have its assets sold to or merge with another entity, information Mobile Lingo receives from you from the Site is a Mobile Lingo asset and may be transferred.

The Site is hosted in the United States and is generally intended for U.S. visitors.
